Pike Push up or Pike Hold?
Hello, guys. I just need your thoughts about my calisthenics workout. I'm now in my second month, and I find it hard to do pike push-ups after push-ups and pull-ups. Is it okay if I split the upper body training into Day 1 and Day 4? Or should I just change the pike push-up to a pike hold so that I can add it and do it in Month 3? Some tips, please. Thanks in advance.💯
