No AC unit in apartment
I am looking to sign a lease at this unit I really liked in lakeview east. The only problem though is it doesn’t have an AC unit. The guide mentioned I could buy my own or ask for a window unit to be installed but I’m hesitant on taking those option.
Has anyone been in this spot before? How did it turn out?
