Hi reddit! I recently moved into a new apartment, it appears I'm dealing with.... a bathroom issue
I'm a renter so I feel a bit limited in what I can do to fix up this overwhelming grey bathroom. The rest of my apartment is pretty fun, I like color and patterns, funky doodads. I'm a woman in my early thirties and I want my bathroom to feel more colorful. Maybe a bit cosmopolitan? Artsy?
The rest of my place (also crazy rn) is going for a soft romantic, editorial cool, Scandi MCM vibe...? I've included a photo of my living room and bedroom so far to give you an idea.
I'm leaning towards a cool runner style rug and likely a cabinet over the toilet? Maybe white?
I'm open to wallpaper or putting contact paper on the sink cabinets... Or literally any suggestions.
Please, I beg & plead. Help a clueless gal out.
Happy to measure any floor or wall or whatever.
Also open to advice on the apartment in general.
