I think he likes me??
So, I need advice. This guy and I have known each other for years, and at first we started flirting, but he said he wasn't "able to give me what i want." meaning he wasn't ready to date, I go on to date someone. The next year, he hits me up again, tells me things will be different and that he's looking to date, but all we did was flirt like crazy (including s3xting), but never actually meeting up, and I dated someone else. The year after, him and I were in different relationships at the same time, so we didn't talk at all. This time, I hit him up after my heart got broken. This is the longest we've talked to each other for without problems, and of course we're flirting, but we've both changed so much, it's nothing like before, and I'm wondering if he's just nervous to go after me, even though he'll compliment me and is super sweet, but so far we've only tried to hang twice and our plans have fallen through both times (my fault and his). Should I pursue or am I being delusional?
