Recently I have been noticing that my pc fans (except the cpu) have not been spinning after pressing that power button on my pc. Firstly it started off with its rgb turning into a solid color not reaponding to its remote control or not even show color at all. Now the fans wont spin after booting and require a jump start by putting the pc into sleep mode then waking it up and just yesterday it wouldnt turn on at all. I checked the bios and my fan speeds were not read at all and what really caught my attention was my voltage reach 12.65v all the way to 12.85v. I quickly shutdown my pc and havent turned it on since. Is my Power Supply failing?

Hello Everyone, I am currently expierencing an error which seems I cannot fix. After using DDU to wipe all my display drivers to install a new one because the current one I had was REALLY buggy, I went to nvidias website to install my driver installation software, after running and letting it reach 100% an error from the nvidia driver installation app stated "unexpected error occured" but my Display went back to normal and my gpu was read on my pc but I didnt have access to extra features (eg. Geforce Expierence, Nvidia Control Panel, etc.) I have tried everything that I could to fix it but nothing seems to be working. I am considering using DDU again but I am not risking it again since my gpu reads on my pc and everything works fine but I want access to extra features. I am grateful for any response on how to fix this issue. Thank you
