Can someone help me with the arms, i'm not sure this is correct. I found a nice pose and wanted to change it more to my liking but now i'm stuck on the perspective. Thank you in advance!

Im unsure if the arm on the right is correct. I found a nice' pose and am trying to change it to my liking. The left side should probably show a bit of his arm behind his back. Would anyone be willing to show me a better way? Thank you in advance.
