I live in Australia, where there is no .au website and my local shops says they get limited runs but haven’t in a long time. Can’t say when next neither.

Does anyone know if it’s even possible for someone like me to get limited edition putters without a second hand markup?

Edit: I think I may not have stipulated that I’d like to try buy direct from Scottycameron.com when these limited editions come out. How does that work? Do they have an expression of interest and then draw for those that are allowed to buy? Can someone outside of the US sign up?

There are heaps of fakes and as a rookie I’m not really clued in to avoid making a thousand dollar mistake. Thanks all

Hello Golf Legends,

Reaching out again for support of the hive mind. I’ve done a wrist injury (potential tendon tear caused a ganglion cyst) after a year of playing wayyyy too much golf on simulator and range mats.

Any impact with ball or ground creates shooting nerve pain and jarring bone pain. I’ve been given a splint to wear with potential surgery but I’m not able to play for 6-8 weeks maybe longer. Golf was super important for my mental health even though im more hacker than golfer.

This got me thinking, when I return eventually would switching to graphite shafts help with longevity of my game and prevent further injuries to wrist and hands?

Is graphite really that much better on the body?

Thanks all, appreciate you all reading this 🙏

Hey everyone,

I have a budget gogogo vsport range finder ($75) and it works 8/10 times well. I’ve use my friend bushnell from 5 years ago but was curious - has anyone used a premium high end range finder? What’s the benefit of them and why do people still pay $400+ for them?

Thanks!

Hi all,

New to the group but long time lurker and admirer of the Scotty’s posted here!

After many months of lurking I wanted to start my Scotty collection with something special but not 1000s of dollars and picked this one up. A 2012 Select Newport 1.5 with a flow neck!

Did I make a mistake paying $400 USD for it?

I’m also looking for advice as this is not my gamer, should I restore it, customise it or leave it as is?

I’m a bit of a purist so feel like going back to the all black might look better but the wear and tear from the previous owner gives it a bit of character. I also thought about stripping the paint and making it shiny metal!

It will be hanging on my wall and just looking for thoughts and ideas on this.

Thanks!
