I took a treaty port from New Granada just for fun when playing as Argentina -> Rio de la Plata, the year is about the 1870's so it's not super industrialised yet, but somehow, in the treaty port of Santa Marta, the average SoL is 28.1. And what's even weirder is that the lower strata are the richest, followed by the middle strata, and the upper strata are the poorest.
