Rogers customer service is impossible to reach right now

I’ve been on hold with Rogers customer service for over 2 hours and still haven’t reached a human being. The automated system keeps looping and the estimated wait time is useless.

Is anyone else dealing with this lately? I’m in Toronto, Ontario and just trying to get a basic issue resolved.

At this point I’m honestly considering switching providers because this is ridiculous.
