Hello po! I’m sharing my interview experience with Coolblue VA to help debunk and confirm if the negative reviews about them are true.

**Interviewer’s Time:**
Yes po, it’s true that the interviewer was late. We waited for about 20 minutes, which is actually shorter compared to others who said they waited 30 minutes to an hour hahaha. Still, it felt unprofessional. This is the first company I’ve applied to that isn’t time-conscious.

**Interviewer:**
She was chill, okay, and accommodating when answering questions. She would calmly guide you if you got lost while answering.

**Requirements:**
Your application will be put on hold if you can’t provide a backup computer and a second monitor. In my case, she said I passed the initial interview and was supposed to proceed to training. However, when asked about having a backup or second monitor, she informed me that I couldn’t join the training if I didn’t meet those requirements. You need to provide them within a month, or your application will no longer be active.

**Salary:**
It’s true that the starting rate is $3.5, which increases to $4.5 after one year with the client. Training lasts for 3 weeks.

**Interview Setup:**
What I didn’t like was the interview setup because you’re with other applicants who can hear your answers. Even though we applied for different positions, it still felt awkward hahaha. I was even stuttering! Some of the other applicants already had experience, so even though I was qualified and passed the interview, it made me question if I belonged at their level.

I won’t be proceeding with the application since I can’t provide the requirements yet. Still, it was a good experience for me hehe.

Hello guys skl. I had my initial interview with SaiberAssist. Contrary to what most people said about rude interviewers, the one who interviewed me, Mr. M, was very warm and welcoming. The interview went smoothly and only lasted about five minutes. Although I forgot some of what I had practiced, he told me that I would be moving forward to training.

I’m really happy because this is the first time my application has reached this stage. I’ll still be observing for myself whether the negative reviews I’ve seen here on Reddit will match my experience hehe
