I noticed that for every order issue I had which required a refund (usually I select uber cash), uber processes the “tip” twice to three time! I noticed it happen for a most recent order where my uber cash balance was lower than it should have been post a refund. Checked all receipts where I had issue with my order and they took extra money from my uber cash every single time without my permission. The final receipt is posted late, leaving the customer unable to dispute the transaction (I did contact them and they told me it was too late to dispute!). Where can I put in a formal complaint about this? Anyone else seen this happen to them?
