I can hear this noise when turning the steering wheel and driving over bumps/uneven road at the same time. When driving straight even over bigger bumps, there is no noise. What could it be? Is there something I can check myself without jacking up a car? I already have an appointment at the repair shop to check it, but unfortunately it's in two weeks.
