I had a “career conversation” with my supervisor today. Her supervisor made her give me a performance improvement plan and I’m freaking out. The key points were that I take too long to respond to emails, am bad at time management and that I am not good at managing projects. For context I work as a consultant an am expected to manage multiple large projects at once, without ever having been properly trained to do so. I really, really need this job 😭 Any advice on my options is greatly appreciated! I feel like such a failure right now. 😔
