Hi all,
I've been using Beyond The Sugar sweetener (got the 225g pack for ₹570) for a while and thought I'd drop a quick review for anyone else trying to keep their calorie deficit in check without entirely giving up sweet stuff.

For context, I'm mainly comparing this to Trunativ (Monkfruit + Erythritol) since that's what I was using before making the switch.

The Pros:

Ingredients: This one uses a blend of Allulose and Monkfruit, which is supposed to be fully natural compared to erythritol-based sweeteners.

The Aftertaste: While it does have a certain aftertaste, I actually find it much better and more tolerable than Trunativ's.

Vs. Stevia: It absolutely destroys Stevia. It's much, much better without that weird bitter finish.

The Cons:

Sweetness Level: Trunativ definitely wins on the initial sweet taste. This Allulose blend is noticeably less sweet, meaning you have to use quite a bit more of it to hit that same level of sweetness you'd get from Trunativ.

Verdict:

It’s a solid, natural pick if you specifically want an allulose blend and hate the classic Stevia aftertaste. Just be prepared to scoop a little extra to get your fix!
I'm going to get my Blood sugar and HbA1c tested in a few days so will also drop the results compared to before for those specifically using these sweeteners to manage Diabetes/ Sugar problems.

Tried out Goalthread for the first time recently and wanted to share my thoughts for anyone looking at their F1 merch. Picked up two items for a pretty good deal (₹2453 total).

The Good:

• Monza Special Tee (Blue): The fabric is fully synthetic, but the color really pops and the design accuracy is spot on. Definitely the winner of the two.

Black Team Polo: Also synthetic, but the material actually feels a little more comfortable than the tee.

Price: Great value getting two shirts for under 2500.

· Transparency: One of the things I loved was they had the actual photos of the Tees and it matches what I got, instead of putting up stock photos or AI-generated ones as most brands do these days.

The Not-So-Good:

Limited Collection: Right now, their options are pretty bare. Aside from these two, they only really have a Mercedes black polo and a Ferrari red tee. Although those look pretty nice too.

Polo Design: The black team polo design could definitely use some improvement. It feels a little "wannabe" and leans too heavily into that trendy F1 jacket style getting popular with the non-F1 public, rather than looking like authentic team kit.

Anyways, good to see more businesses starting up in the F1 merch segment, will make it competitive and advantageous for us consumers.

Edit: I've added the links to the products in the comments below.

I recently ordered the Pack of 10 Assorted 20g Protein Bars from Chase. Even though I got a discount, paying about ₹1200, it was still a massive waste of money.
All the flavors sound really good on paper, but the reality is that they taste bad. Really bad. The texture is incredibly doughy and difficult to get down, and every single bar leaves a very weird, unpleasant aftertaste.
I don’t know how I’m going to finish these , they’re such bad tasting products.
If you are looking for a good protein snack, Max Protein bars are 10,000 times better than these. Save your cash and buy those instead! I love their strawberry chocolate flavour. After tasting chase, any other brand sounds like a feast.
