Can starting the bike for a short period of time a few times cause it? Maybe TPS?

How can I do a ECU reset ?

I want to reset the ECU and i don’t have a diagnostic device. How can I do it? I saw that it has 15 minutes rule but i don’t know if it works in dirtbike models .
