(Reply is obviously edited to show the action:dialogue ratio, no way am I showing anybody what my chats are)

Not gonna lie, I really do think pipsqueak 2 is kinda solid. It has some inaccuracies, yes, but most of them I can work around. Most of them

There’s one thing I CAN’T work around. It’s almost all action and no dialogue, and if there is any dialogue, it’s just BARELY. The story keeps moving, but the lack of dialogue makes it so bland

An example. I had this one chat with a character I made and chatted with pre-pipsqueak 2 and let me tell you, this mf could run her mouth. I’m talking half the response is just dialogue. I didn’t mind it because, obviously, I specifically made the character that way, it’s part of her structure, but I tried talking with her today and this stuff was tragic

No dialogue man, like she just don’t talk anymore.

I don’t think making pipsqueak 2 was necessary, I REALLY liked the first pipsqueak model. Yeah it was cringe sometimes, but I’d usually try to turn it around so that it fits in the story in its own way and 9/10, it did work. The best change we got with pipsqueak 2 is that the responses are a lot more consistent with the last. If only that meant something positive though

But yeah, get me some more dialogue and a little bit of that original pipsqueak flavor back and I’ll like it

Hatchets are one handed and (usually) don’t come with picks because it isn’t as convenient as a flat side

Fire axes are operated with two hands and come with picks bc they’re more useful in fire emergencies than flat sides are

Literally unplayable smh
