Do you need a verified account to be able to use your card as a method of receiving payment?
My paypal got limited for no reason recently and I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't do anything about it. So I was wondering if you got an artist account but you have no PayPal and still not yet verified, can you use the Vgen payment methods? (Cards, other apps, etc)
