So for context - They still hold what charge is left in them and work when attached, they just won't charge. I put them on the charger, I get the red charging light for about 10 seconds and then I get the red and green flashing lights of death.
It's likely I left my tools in my car and they got too hot inside of my car in the sun (dumb, I know). Is there anything I can do to save them so I don't have to pay hundreds to buy new batteries? The Makita service center near me said plainly they dont fix batteries.
Also I checked the charger with a friend's battery. Charger works fine.
Thanks in advance.
