Should I buy the HiSense u68qf?

55 inch is on sale at Best Buy for 549.99. Is the u68qf good for sports watching/gaming? Any opinions would help

Girlfriend and I bought our first home in December of 2024. We moved in last September after doing some renovations. Shortly after moving in we started doing some of our own smaller renovations to finish up (painting) we discovered some cracking in walls around window that was hidden under wallpaper that the realtor and previous home owner had decided to put in (I know this because the realtor told us it was to hide holes from pictures etc)after that I started searching for more problems. I discovered some pretty major foundation damage behind furnace and electrical panel in the basement upon further inspection outside there has been a layer of concrete put over the whole outside foundation to hide the damage it seems

This spring we had quite a bit of water intrusion from all sides of the foundation, also the foundation is bowing in on one side of the house. Also majorly sloped floors discovered after removing carpet. We feel we couldn’t judge these two rooms with sloping because of the way furniture and boxes were arranged in those rooms (have walk through video)

Do I have grounds to sue the PO and or realtor? I feel they at least did not disclose known defects, and definitely chose to hide the wall cracking behind the wallpaper
