It's been nearly a decade since my hsv2 diagnosis and I'm about at my limit, here. I went a good long while forgetting I even had it but lately the negative thoughts are really dark and extra pervasive. I've been keeping this to myself with the exception of the partner I was with at the time, and a doctor when I tried antivirals. I'm wondering if there are any good online support groups I could look into? It's really not my thing but this is kind of a last resort and I'm not able to discuss it with anyone in my life.
