So, ever since a coworker got a gx470 and my buddy got a lx470 I’ve been extremely jealous of their sun visors, (and arm rests). Bought a set off eBay and had the buddy scan and create an adaptation between the 80 series visor mount angle and the 470s actual fit. Took a tapered reamer to get the taper right and tada. All that’s left to do is figure up a way to mount the additional flip down visor that they have.

Pictures for attention, my 80 series. But I’m looking for some insight, help, anything. I keep seeing these Australian 80 series with the front windshield visors and I am absolutely dying to get one. Tried ordering from the OE but they won’t ship due to tariffs. Just recently was messaged on TikTok of all things from a comment I left about one, says he has one and is willing to ship. Just a little concerned about possible scam. Username is @toyotapartsstore on TT, located in Townsville. Has a bunch of posts from a well spread out time frame. Said he’d give me his address if I wanted someone to come confirm but I don’t know anyone in Australia. If anyone has any information or help even to get something similar here in the states that would be great.
