Looking for 2 Commercial Cofounders (Germany / EU) — Logistics & Healthcare
I’m building a logistics company registered and licensed in Germany, operating across the EU.
The core infrastructure and product foundation are already in place. We are now moving into execution and revenue generation.
I’m looking for 2 commercial cofounders to take ownership of growth in specific verticals:
- Freight / Transport
Focused on connecting shippers with carriers and monetising transport capacity
- Healthcare Transport (Krankentransport)
Focused on working with healthcare institutions to streamline and scale patient transport operations
### What you’ll own
- Sales and partnerships in your vertical
- Market entry and growth strategy
- Revenue generation from day one
This is not a support role — you will be building and owning a business unit.

- Operational foundation and infrastructure
- Defined business model and go-to-market direction
- Ready for rollout and commercialisation
### What I’m looking for
- Strong commercial operator (sales, partnerships, or business development)
- Based in Germany or Europe
- Able to execute independently
- Brings capital commitment (€25K–€50K+) as skin in the game
