I live in India just so u know
So I am thinking about turning my OEM pc into a good gaming pc, the oems specs are
I5 4690S 8 gb ddr3 1333mhz 128gb hdd
Into a
I5 4690S 16gb ddr3 1333mhz dual channel (not the same company unfortunately) Used gtx 1660 Super 6gb 1tb sata ssd
Is the bottleneck going to really be that bad, imma play at 1080p, high textures-low/med everything else
I REALLY will try to get like a intel e3 1231 v3 or a i7 4770, maybe even a 4790
I want to just have this pc for 2 years, after which I will upgrade to a good 1000 - 1500 dollar 1440p build, the ram prices aren't part of my decision to wait 2 years, it is my financial condition. Well.
I wanna play older but still AAA titles, like GOW, Last of us, dying light and every game that my intel uhd 620 didn't allow me to play, AC games, black flag, syndicate, RDR2, farcry 5 and 6, mafia 3 and old country. So not Starfield like absolute GPU killing monsters, but not 1000 fps 2d indie games. Somewhere in the middle. Also, I do want to play CS2 and warzone.
Also, some 1080p streaming and some editing, not 4k VFX type shi, just long time lines at 1080p
