Title - brand new and LB not working over Wireless or USB, also tried upgrading/downgrading firmware with no luck.

Quite a lot of posts on here regarding similar issues - looking for thoughts is it worth getting a replacement or would it be best to refund and get another brand.

Anyone else seeing issues with devices view reporting this morning? We have no devices showing checked in since approx 21:00 CEST last night.

Have confirmed on some other tenants and we have a couple on scale unit 0101 that are affected, other scale units seem unaffected.
