Merrel shoes review - 1st time user

Previous trips, I used Columbia and Hoka.
For this Patagonia trip (yes, Patagonia exists, not just a sports clothing brand) I really need something comfortable, with very good traction, and stable sa steep rocky trail (naaksidente ako last yr using Hoka).

Nagsukat ako ng Salomon - sadly hindi sya as comfy as I imagine. Not for me. Nagtry din ako ng New Balance - comfy yes pero parang di sapat sa trail.

Hesistant to try Merrell kasi too bulky and matigas for my liking. Nagsukat ako ng every shoe sa shop, and surprisingly found this - Merrell SpeedArc Matis. So comfy! Fits me so well! Lug depth is 3mm. And i love the color. Sold!

Actual trail - steep climb, rocky. The shoes delivered! Even on icy and wet parts of the forest trail - all goods gamitin. Walang blister or any pain during and after the 25km hike (single day hike). Very good! Q👏🏽

also attached the trail for reference.

before I move into my own home (condo), alam ko na I will avoid the hassle of water delivery. may trust issues din ako kasi minsan may mga unidentified objects na lumulutang sa delivered water. do i need to mention it is so bulky and ayokong magbuhat nun each time. ayoko din naman to let the delivery person enter my home.

that’s why I really know i will get a water filter. not the cheapest choice but convenient + aesthetic and didn’t take a lot of space sa counter ko. i recommend this sa mga may plan to live on their own. any brand or setup will do.

replaced the kitchen sink and gripo into a double sink and tall movable faucet sa condo - IYKYK 😉

First time ko mag online check in and got blank seats.
And then sa counter, the staff informed us that the flight was fully booked. Then he offered us USD400 credit voucher each + VIP lounge if we take the next flight.

Kung cash sana, sure. 😁
Ending, we didn’t take the offer.
We got upgraded to Premium Economy seats. Not bad. 🤸🏽‍♀️
