I'm trying to get help with my order. In Oct 2025 i ordered my kit which was stated to be delivered at the end of February. I finally received my kit in the middle of April and it had never worked. I have reach out to the company and it has been almost 3 week. I can not get assistance from a single person after multiple attempts. I get the same AI bot suggesting the same resets over and over, and it still does not work. I am at a lost of what to at this point and have never had a company literally be unreachable for assistance. I would NOT RECOMMEND, I wasted $500.00.
