Context : Off campus women College + shitty course = ☺️👍
So I'm from BA(P) from a shitty college (even after getting 720+ score in cuet ug), about to complete 4th year.
And you know, cursed batch we are. And the curse continues.
Our BA(P) department is ehhh, doesn't really have a backbone even though it has 300+ students. So we generally get adopted by the ones we are majoring in. We'll get an Hons degree nonetheless for doing 4th year.
Well, the Psychology department is course-sist. Believes hons is superior and neglects us and even treats us like inferior humans.
Since day one, we have never been included. Only once we were for a single year, in just the freshers (fine but hons won in everything) and farewell (where we were not allowed to perform or show our talent). And then promises became dust and we all lost hope.
Teachers day: we weren't informed, included and made to wait for attendance, while they danced, cut cake, celebrated. We felt that not even our teachers, who always say that we are obviously a very capable batch, want us. Not included in meetings, never made a part of decision making nor the core team.
We are not included in events and after some time, we gave up. We are invited when the event in going on, like in the middle of the event. They write" Join us girls". Like hell we will, stupid ass department.
1-2 out of our juniors did try but they also said that to make yourself known and values, they HAD to do moreeeeeee than anyone their. Hons just got the positions more easily.
After every event where we are never invited, they just give us refreshment, AFTER THE HONS HAVE EATEN. LIKE FUCKIN LEFTOVERS!!!!!!
Until we saw that all departments integrated BA(P) students as hons in their department. We got hope. But again we were not integrated.
There was a department farewell. We were not included. But given the "REFRESHMENT". Honestly, I gave it to my lovely juniors. I felt like I have 0 respect, 0 value in this department. Btw our lowest scorers still have 7 above cgpa, that means we ain't bad and dumb kids. Even if we were, we are a part of their department.
Then we have our practical on the 6th and guess what, MAJORITY of the Courses do. GUESS WHEN IS OUR COLLEGE FAREWELL ☺️. THE FUCKING 6TH☺️.
We have external coming in, so dates are rarely changed. And originally this farewell was on 28th. Perfect. But NOOO, THE PRINCIPAL, WHO HAS TO GIVE 0 PRACTICALS, CHANGED IT WITHOUT CONSULTING ANYONE OF US. How can the college give us a farewell without doing something fucked up. We get no farewell dinners, FUCK WE DON'T EVEN GET A FAREWELL BREAKFAST.
SO, NO DEPARTMENT FAREWELL, NO COLLEGE FAREWELL. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️. WOOOWWW SOOO HAPPY. BEST COLLEGE EVER 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶
