Hey everyone, I’m finally looking to start my fitness journey and need some local intel on gyms around Vasant Vihar. I’m trying to figure out which place is best for a complete rookie. Specifically:

Average membership fees (monthly/annual) in the area right now?

Does the fee include a personal trainer, or do I need to pay extra for someone to show me how not to injure myself?

Any "hidden gem" gyms nearby that have good equipment but aren't overpriced?

I’m hoping to get this sorted today because we all know that 4 AM motivation doesn't always survive until 4 PM.
