filament is new AND dry, sliced using press slicer and the issue is persistent across 2 ender 3s and started at the same time when attempting to print a part.
when printing with 75% flow the bumps are no longer visible. Another factor worth noting is the bumps are entirely external, the infill and inner walls dont have this issue.
bed is trammed (z offset is too close on the parts but still persistent when it’s properly aligned)
some research when trying to fix this said that slow SD cards, ive tried 4, all the same issue, people also said that the print resume has caused issues but I have it disabled.
