Ezee fiber just got installed in my neighborhood and I was excited to swap. Today was that day the tech came out and had us up and running in about 20 minutes. I called to cancel my Comcast service and of course they try and give deals to retain you so I politely decline. At the end of the call though it got weird. The agent said that anything I say or do to Comcast I am doing them and that anything I do to Comcast impacts them. It was very odd as if they were trying to guilt me for cancelling and they were going to get fired or let go for doing so.🤞🏻 ezee fiber is good and I never have to deal with Comcast again.
