If I buy a game controller online, is there any kind of directive to send the lower quality items as the customer can't check them or see pictures of the specific item before they get sent?
Also, are online orders sent from a central distribution hub or do they come from stores?

I just brought a bundle of about 80 games for a specific few that I wanted. I can't be bothered to sell all the unwanted ones on eBay as they are all only worth a couple of quid.
Would this volume of games trigger some kind of bulk discount? There are 3 or 4 of the same FIFA game in there.
Also, this bundle includes 10 Nintendo DS and 3DS games not in boxes.
I have some spare boxes but not the artwork. Will CEX accept these? Could I just print out now box art?
