I have found a little reprieve in my desire to die. It was triggered by something that happened and I cannot change it. But, through daily meditation and heavy lifting with a healthy regimen, I’ve found some reprieve. I wake up every day and text the ppl I care about most,“Good morning! Today is going to be a great day. Go outside and get sun on your face for X minutes and then text me 3 good things!”
I switch it up a litttle daily, but I would like to do it with any of you who would like to try. We could do it on here! If you’re in and you want a daily check in with little tasks that will maybe make you feel better over time, please lmk. Doing this also helps me stay okay.
