Marriage leave and WFH flexibility
I recently joined JPMC this month and have my wedding coming up this year end. I’m trying to understand the typical flexibility offered for major life events:
- Leave Duration: Is it realistic to request 20–30 days of leave for a wedding, or is there a strict cap?
- WFH Exceptions: Does the firm allow extended WFH (1–2 months) on an exception basis for marriage-related travel/prep? I know policies vary by team, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has navigated this. Thanks!
