Silver wolf is my favorite character and id like help

So I took a break from the game after getting mydei and phainon since phainon is my second favorite character and have recently got silver wolf 999, but I only have elation trailblazer so I've built them both, but I can't seem to get rank SSS during silver wolfs ult, I'm pulling for Eva do I can have another Elation character, can I have some tips on how to build her, use her and all around get the most use out of her cause idc if shes good or bad I wanna use silver wolf
