the cpu throttles extremely hard when the gpu is hit with a load (like a game) but if i prime 95 it it doesnt constantly stay this low, i traded my gaming laptop which on paper was weaker compared to this, did i get scammed? 😥

Factory reset it and took its s pen to screw around with on another ultra phone, holy shit please stop, i beg of you
