WiFi/ethernet non functional
Hello.
Had my fiber set up yesterday and he said both Ethernet and WiFi worked. However only WiFi worked, then when I contacted support they told me to reset modem and router, and now nothing works at all. Modem has the green lights as shown in the picture, but the router is just stuck blinking blue (even tho it shows green in pic). Tried power cycling and resetting, but no luck. Any advice? They can’t send a tech out for a few days
