Hello! I know this is not the right place to ask but I wanted to a bit of some insights. We borrowed someone money $8k but because we were granted with a BVC we couldn't work tax jobs and it took us time to pay. Now the person we borrowed money from told us we will be filed for fraud and get deported. I am just a bit anxious what will happen next. Will we be get deported if we have been proven guilty in court or even before hearing we will be deported. Sorry I am confused and honestly anxious. Thanks in advance for your inputs.
