Looking for Experienced Roblox FPS Developer (Combat/Gun System Polish)

Currently looking for an experienced Roblox FPS developer to help polish and improve combat systems for a Roblox PvP shooter tied to our character IP/brand, Slugburn.

Main things we’re looking to improve:
• weapon positioning/viewmodels
• proper ADS/aim-down-sights with zoom
• smoother aiming/combat feel
• aim assist / target assist
• recoil polish
• weapon animations

The core game already exists — we’re specifically looking for someone who understands modern FPS feel and can help make the gunplay feel smoother and more polished overall.

This would be milestone/fixed-pay work only (not hourly).

If interested, please send examples of Roblox FPS/shooter work you’ve done, especially anything involving gun systems, recoil, ADS, aim assist, or first-person combat mechanics.

Started a character driven brand called Slugburn about a month ago. It sits between animation, streetwear and gaming. It Moved way faster than I expected. Around 20k followers already and one animation went over 3M views.

Now I’m trying to turn that attention into products. Starting with a t shirt just to test if people will actually buy. Plan is to have products show up inside the animations instead of just posting them separately.

Longer term I want to get into collectibles. Thinking squishy or blind bag style with different versions of the character, and eventually a more premium piece like a plush crossbody bag if the character that I already have prototyped and 3D rendered.

Where I’m stuck is manufacturing. Hard to tell what’s legit vs cheap quality, especially with something like a squishy or toy.

If anyone’s gone from content into physical products, how did you actually find solid manufacturers?
