I can't remember the last time i killed a Stingray. They belong on the Appropriators.
As title says.
Stringrays are, in my opinion, the coolest "rare" enemy to fight and by far the most satisfying to gun down. However, they simply DO NOT SPAWN AT ALL on planets with any of the two subfactions mentioned in the pic.
Since major orders always involve one of those two (IF they involve the illuminates, at all), i simply cannot remember the last time i faced them. I could of course look for a subfaction-free planet, yes, but they are often completely unavailable or with fewer than 100 people on them (so i basically have to go solo).
I can understand not being there if there are the mindless masses, but they really do belong on the Vehicle focused subfaction of the illuminates. AH PLEASE, just change the 0 to 1 and let us fight them more often.
