my current roommates and I are looking for 1-2 people to fill a master bedroom in our 2bd 1.5 bath located at canyon park apts 👀 rent for the master bedroom is $1500 but you can double and it will be $750 each !! utilities are usually no more than 30-40 split evenly

- our lease renews July so looking for someone to move in around that time or possibly earlier.
- close to utc, executive dr and health center trolley stops #commuter & carless friendly
