So I have really bad adhd and medication doesn’t really work and I can tell its affecting my work performance I work in fresh and kind of disorganized, as priorities change so frequently through the day I’ll stop what I’m doing to fix something and will forget to go back.. I can tell my coach gets frustrated at trust me I get it. If I have documentation of my disability will this protect my job if I go through Sedgwick or no? Any tips also i appreciate thank you
