Backstory is that i lost my cellular connection and had to use SOS on my gone to make texts. after did this the cellular wound not come back on even though t-mobile said it should’ve.

i did all the troubleshooting i was told and ended up removing the cellular and not being to get it back. the only thing i have is the eid that could possible help me retrieve the esim. any help?
