Genuinely, what's a "competitive" high school?

I keep seeing people mention that they go to a super competitive high school. What does that mean? How does one tell if they go to a "competitive" high school? I feel like my school is such a toss-up between "competitive" and whatever a normal high school is, so I can't tell if that's something I should factor into my plan to get into uni.

Going from a 33 to 35+ in a Month

I'm currently at a 33 Composite (32 Math, 34 English, 34 Science, 33 Reading), and I'm wanting to know of any additional study resources? I'm retaking in June and would like not to have to take it again, and I'm seeking a 35+. Unfortunately, when I took it (February), they didn't publish an answer key, and I don't fully understand how to interpret the score details to use those to study. Any advice/sources would be great, thank you guys
