Should I wait for uptac counselling where I should be getting gl bajaj cse core easily?

as far as I know placement in gl are slightly better but life in kiet will be much better and I can be focusing more on learning new stuff.

Tried cleaning dns, a very specific site keeps appearing even though nothing is running it actively or in the background. tried cleaning the dns completely offline, it was still sitting there in the cache. Is this just a windows cache error?
