Exception to my family of elite hair genes
I am currently 23years, despite having great elite level hair genes from both mom and dad side I am facing receding hairline, loss of density and diffused hair thinning.noticed receding hairline when I was 14.5years but yeah it was really less , i started derma roller and 2.5% minoxidil and really regained my lost hair line , and my hairs where at my peak ,
I have been on oral 1mg finasteride from last 6 months , but I don't whether it had accelarted my hair loss or stablize or regrow, sometimes I feel I had stablize the other day I feel it's still losing and the other day as there is very fine thin hair regrowth which is really so miniature that i need to go to mirror so close I had switched to oral 1.25 mg minoxidil from last 10 days because of scalp irritation and itching from tropical minoxidil, plus it's inconvenient to apply everyday like I forgot 5 days in a months, plus can't go anywhere after its application, hoping for stabilization and regrowth of lost hair density, .
My weight is 72 kg and i am trying to get atleast minimum of 45-50g protein daily sometimes 75 g and minimum of 4 eggs daily too. I am taking uprise vitamin d3 60k supplements and once a week and since supplements daily since I am deficient in that 5000 steps, can't go to gym because of time . And that of finasteride side effects i didn't had any , tbh i didn't had errectile dysfunction or anything like that semen quality more or less and overall blood profile before and after was good showing no side effects and main things people say of depression and anxiety is that , yes in first month of oral finasteride i really felt that I was in depression but tbh i really feel it was because of my past failure and because lot of problems in life . Currently I don't have any problem with that too either
