So recently I requested an emergency payment on part of my backpay and im now being told that this counts as a payment so I have to wait 6 months from the emergency release for my next one.

These people sounded a little confused and im not sure how this makes sense... im still owed another 4grand and I would've just waited the extra 2 months if I knew it would count as an actual payment.

Does anyone know for a fact that you have to wait 6 months from the emergency release, instead of 6 months from my last actual, non emergency, full backpay?
