There is a tree garden outside my flat that is clearly being taken care of/was taken care of until recently. I would like to be able to do gardening but I don't want to step on any toes. I checked Duurzaam Den Haag and there is no group associated with my area.

How do I go about finding the people who take care of it?

It's in a very busy area so I don't want to just put my phone number on a sign next to it and ask the gardener to call me.
