Help me figure out years of symptoms

I've been having a pretty extensive list of symptoms which are constantly being brushed under the rug as depression or anxiety and I'm trying to figure out exactly what's going on and causing me to feel so crappy all of the time. The list of symptoms is going to be pretty extensive, but they have been going on for the past 3+ years and have gotten significantly worse in the past 6 or so months. I'm 20f, 5'5" and 140 lbs, however, I'm fairly muscular as an athlete so I personally don't think anything can be attributed to my higher than average BMI. Here are the big symptoms:

  • Horrible, chronic fatigue every day regardless of the sleep I get. I feel the same on four hours of sleep as I do with 9-10 hours, which is what I get most nights because I am so tired that I pass out. I have to drag myself out of bed every morning, which is very much unlike my ability to get up the second my alarm went off (at 4:45am) in high school.
  • Dizzy every time I stand up. My vision routinely blacks out completely and I need to steady myself before I can move. People notice constantly because I freeze and/or wobble before I feel ok to move.
  • Headaches constantly. At least 5-6 times a week and they're severe enough I need to stop my schoolwork because I can't focus over the pain.
  • Very frequent nausea and stomach pain and I'm constantly going back and forth between diarrhea and constipation. I feel bloated all the time from eating or drinking anyting, including water. My gut always feels overactive and more bubbly than normal. These issues have been on and off for the past few years, but have been much worse after getting a stomach bug a few months ago
  • Sudden severe dandruff and flaky scalp. I used to have bad dandruff years ago, and it came back recently.
  • Constantly swollen lymph nodes in various places, recently my occipital lymph nodes and some on the back of my neck.
  • Persistent low ferritin even after an infusion. My hemoglobin is high- always high enough to donate blood but my ferritin is always low no matter what I do. My mother's side of the family also experiences this regardless of supplements and high dietary intake. I have an IUD and do not get monthly periods so this cannot be attributed to that.
  • My biggest issue is near constant join pain, particularly my hips and knees. So bad some day I feel like crying. Pain killers do not help. Changes in exercise do not improve or worsen symptoms either. Often creeps up to 6/10 pain.
  • Brain fog/trouble concentrating. This one may feel more reasonable to attribute to depression but definitely something I've noticed a lot recently.
  • Overheating really easily but if I'm not way too hot I am absolutely freezing. Last time I was backpacking I was shivering my ass off all night long in a good puffy jacket and fleece pants in a 10 degree comfort rated sleeping bag, insulated sleeping pad (not sure of exact R value), and with a hat on. It was barely below 50 degrees out.

I don't think I have any super pertinent medical history besides the low ferritin (w/ family history), celiac + type one diabetes in paternal family and type one in immediate family, concussion + LOC in 2022 after an accident, and minor sleep apnea resulting in removal or adenoids+tonsils as a teenage. Maternal family has a super strong history of stomach cancer. I have had a few tick bites throughout the years, and one recently which has slightly concerned about bartonella. Besides the iron stuff, all typical labs come back normal.

What could be going on?
