Ok so I just talked to the dude in blizzard city who gives you an eviolite. My question is do I give it to my scraggy (who already has good defenses) or my Kadabra, whose weakness is its defenses. at lvl 30, my Kadabra still gets 1/2HKO, maybe since I got it at like level 25 as an abra. What would be the better move here?

What are the pros and cons of having level caps on or off. Has anyone played through with them off? I have them on now and most trainers I battle are still like 6-8 levels below mine (lvl32 cap atm). Boss battles are little harder but that’s about it.
