Created this account just to be able to ask this question.

I work for a smaller consultancy firm in Stockholm, who are hiring, but we have more assignments than consultants at the moment.
As a company we offer the usual benefits but nothing extravagant, and a salary between 65-85', we have been doing good since the start.

What I am curious about is what is that is important to you when switching jobs today, salary, benefits, stability, product?
And if you were to look at a consultancy role, what are the key elements of making a choice on who to go with?
